Delivery Information

We offer delivery services through Royal Mail, DPD and Evri. For orders over £50 in the UK, £150 in the EU, and £300 internationally, we offer free standard delivery.

Typically, orders are delivered within 5 working days (Monday to Friday) between 9:30 am and 6 pm. However, some couriers may deliver slightly earlier or later.

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the progress of your shipment.

Please note:

Some products from our partner brands are sent directly from the factory warehouse. This might mean that some of your orders may arrive in parts.
We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We also cannot ship to countries that are embargoed by the UK government.
